Service
EveryStage is a live-event operations platform operated by Evercraft LLC. Features may include event, venue, creator, audience, crew, run-of-show, settlement, market, simulation, and AI-assisted operating tools.
Authorized use
You may use EveryStage only for lawful purposes and only with information and systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of operational information you enter and for maintaining appropriate access to your account.
Operational responsibility
EveryStage assists with coordination and recordkeeping. It does not replace venue management, licensed professionals, emergency services, contractual review, accounting controls, or the judgment of authorized event personnel. AI-generated or automated output must be reviewed when the consequence of an error could affect safety, money, legal rights, or live operations.
Organization data
Where an account is used on behalf of an organization, operational records may belong to or need to remain available to that organization. Personal account deletion does not require EveryStage to destroy independent organization records that are legitimately retained for other authorized users, settlement history, audit, security, legal, or compliance purposes.
Commercial pilots and partner relationships
Submitting a pilot or partner form does not by itself create a paid engagement, commission right, exclusivity arrangement, or guarantee of service. Any commercial scope, pricing, revenue share, or contractual commitment must be separately agreed.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee ticket sales, revenue, attendance, operational savings, market performance, event success, or uninterrupted service. Live events depend on people, venues, vendors, networks, weather, public conditions, and other factors outside the software.
Acceptable conduct
You may not use EveryStage to violate law, access systems or data without authorization, deceive users, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious software, or create false records of payments, safety checks, approvals, or completed work.
Account suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, nonpayment under a separate agreement, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Users may delete their personal account from Profile, subject to legitimate retention of independent organization records described above.
Disclaimer and limitation
EveryStage is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evercraft LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on inaccurate inputs, unreviewed AI output, third-party failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or other reasonable notice.
