Who we are
EveryStage is operated by Evercraft LLC. It is a live-event operations platform for venues, promoters, creators, production teams, brands, and related operators.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name and email address; organization and venue information; event, artist, creator, fan, run-of-show, settlement, and operational data entered into the service; and information submitted through public pilot, partner, and event-operations forms. Technical platform providers may also process device, authentication, security, and usage information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure EveryStage, operate requested event workflows, respond to pilot or partner requests, improve reliability and product performance, support users, maintain auditability, and comply with applicable obligations.
AI-assisted features
Some EveryStage workflows may use AI-assisted analysis or coordination. AI output is not treated as proof of an event, payment, safety condition, or completed action without supporting evidence. Consequential operational decisions remain subject to the appropriate human review and authority.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that host, authenticate, secure, communicate, analyze, or otherwise support the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, the service, or others.
Retention and organization records
Personal account information is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal, security, or business purposes. Event and organization records may belong to an organization rather than an individual account. Deleting a personal account does not automatically erase independent organization records that must remain available to other authorized operators, for settlement history, or for legitimate audit and compliance purposes.
Account deletion
Authenticated users can request account deletion from Profile. The deletion flow removes the Base44 user account and public EveryStage intake or partner records that match that account email. Organization-owned operational records are not silently destroyed as part of personal account deletion. For additional deletion or access requests, contact us at systemiasites@gmail.com.
Security
We use platform access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so suspected security issues should be reported promptly.
Children
EveryStage is designed for business and live-event operators and is not directed to children under 13.
